New Waterfront Home and Marine Construction Crystal Coast

KTE Contracting built a new waterfront custom home with a dock and bulkhead while managing long distance logistics for remote homeowners.

Building a new waterfront home from three hours away creates unique challenges. This project required a complete build from ground breaking through marine construction on the Crystal Coast. We handled the entire scope, including the house, retaining wall, bulkhead, and boat dock.

Construction started with framing and a standing seam metal roof. We installed fiber cement siding, applied spray foam insulation, hung drywall, and completed custom interior trim. Because the homeowners lived hours away, our team managed vendor coordination, accepted furniture deliveries, and kept the site secure. We proactively suggested improvements and guided the owners away from unnecessary expenses to protect their budget.

The finished waterfront home gives the owners a complete coastal retreat with direct water access via their new dock and bulkhead. The owners received a stress free build without frequent travel to Carteret County.
