We broke ground on our very first spec home build on the Crystal Coast. The project started on a fresh lot, requiring full general contracting work from initial ground breaking to final turnover.
Our crew completed the concrete foundation installation first and moved directly into framing the entire structure. KTE Contracting handled every step of the building process, managing the timeline from initial site groundwork through framing and complete structure finishing.
We finished construction on this custom spec house about two weeks ago. The completed build turned out great, delivering a newly constructed home built with solid framing and quality craftsmanship ready for buyers in Carteret County.
